OODA Loop Augmented Intelligence LLC maintains a deliberately narrow information practice. We collect only what is required to evaluate and respond to an inquiry.
When you use the assisted program intake or contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, organization, email address, and the description of your objective, environment, and constraints.
We also record basic technical metadata associated with a submission, such as timestamp and rate-limiting signals, in order to protect the service from abuse.
AI-assisted processing is used only to organize and route the inquiry. It does not make decisions about the inquiry. Submissions are intended for review by an authorized member of the OODA team.
The conversation transcript and the derived summary are stored in our private backend and are readable only by authorized OODA personnel through server-side access.
Submitted information is used to evaluate the inquiry, prepare for a technical conversation, and respond to you. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
Do not submit classified, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled data, personal sensitive information, or other protected material through this website. A suitable channel can be established after initial contact.
Inquiry records may be retained for legitimate business and legal purposes. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and stored records are protected by access controls at the database layer. Retention practices are reviewed as the service evolves.
